How collaboration and research can drive career education at scale

Co-authored by Teach For All and the Global Partnership for Education, this article explores how career readiness can prepare all learners to lead in a rapidly changing world of work. It highlights concrete strategies for building this readiness: connecting classrooms with global industry partners, centering gender equity in STEM, integrating community work into career education, and preparing learners for a green economy. Together, these approaches help students build the skills, confidence, and sense of purpose to navigate an economy shaped by artificial intelligence and to drive meaningful change in their own communities.
