The TeachersCOP is an international event hosted by the Office for Climate Education (OCE), to highlight towards global politicians, decision-makers and teachers climate change education work in schools, the challenges for this work and climate education's key role in the global climate change response. Primary and secondary school teachers as well as their trainers, school directors or inspectors, who have set up activities on climate change education, to submit their projects and initiatives that they have already implemented on climate change education in their classroom or institution. Projects should fall into one of the following four categories: i) School curriculum, ii) Professional development of teachers, iii) Teaching resources or iv) 'The place of the school in the context of climate change.' The best climate education project submissions are presented live during the TeachersCOP event.
