This case study is about how Teach For Bangladesh alumnus Syful Akash addressed career gaps in Dhaka through his initiative, Altlearn. By integrating career guidance with digital skills, Altlearn equips underprivileged students with the tools to succeed in the digital economy. Through hands-on STEM activities and mentorship, Syful fosters confidence, curiosity, and ambition, helping students build the skills and mindset needed to become future-ready innovators.
