Tierra Maestra is a tool for a holistic approach to the climate change crisis from six dimensions, not only the ecological one. It originates from a learning experience of 15 network alumni and one fellow from Argentina, Colombia and Spain. They learned from indigenous groups in Colombia about living in balance and connection with the natural environment. The tool offers rich insights for many related areas, like teacher wellbeing and retention, RSM, leadership development, and diversity of voices. Note: the tool is available in both Spanish and English.
